Welcome to the Mill Bay Waterworks District Board Meetings page. Regular Board meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of each month; however, they can be rescheduled from time to time.
If you would like to address the Board of Trustees at one of our monthly Board Meetings, please fill out the Request to Appear as a Delegation application below and email it to the District Office mbwd@shaw.ca. Appearance at the Board Meeting is limited to 10 minutes. District Administration will contact you once your application has been approved and the date of the meeting you will appear at.
As with other Covid-19 safety protocols, MBWD is conducting its monthly meeting via teleconference. Participation to Appear as a Delegation is still permissible through online arrangements. Contact the office if you have a matter to bring before the Board of Trustees.
