Coronavirus (COVID-19) - OFFICE CLOSURE

The health and safety of our customers and employees is the top priority of our Board of Trustees. Please see below under Recent News, a list of resources where you can find factual information on COVID-19 causes and preventative measures.

MBWD staff is still in the office to help you with any questions you may have, but we are closed to the public. We encourage online banking for your payments to your MBWD accounts, or you may drop off payment at the office through a secured mail slot in the front door. Closing of the office to the public will limit contact with office staff to keep them healthy and available to maintain operations of the water system. Please visit https://www.millbaywaterworks.ca/bill-payment for information on making payments and where to find your account number for utility billing or your roll number for parcel tax.

Call or email and keep checking our website for updated information.

Bill Payment Options

PLEASE NOTE:

Please ensure when paying online that you have the correct account numbers. Toll Utility Invoices are the "account number" at the top of your invoice, and Parcel Tax Invoices are the "roll number" at the top of your invoice. Please see the samples below.
